DIRECT DEBIT LETS YOU PAY YOUR
ASSOCIATION DUES AUTOMATICALLY

Dear Homeowner:

Now there is an easy way for you to take care of your monthly association dues. With Direct Debit, instead of writing a check or making a trip to make your payment, everything is taken care of for you. Simply print and fill out the enclosed form by 1) choosing a checking or savings account,2) printing your name, 3) signing your name, and 4) attaching a voided check and returning it to Little & Young, Inc., PO Box 87209, Fayetteville, NC 28304. Your payment can be taken directly from your bank account. We fill in the rest of the information on the form.

It takes approximately one to two weeks for your account to be set up for the draft program. Drafts are usually done on the first business day of each month. If there is a problem, you will be notified.
